We want to make access to our digital resources more available to residents of Harney County. Use this form to sign up for a temporary digital card (valid for 90 days). This card number and accompanying PIN  will provide you access to our Library2Go library, GALE databases, and more.

• You will not be able to place holds or check out physical materials with this card. It will expire in 90 days. Want a full-service library card? Stop in when we are open (Monday-Friday, 10:30 am to 2:30 pm) with your ID to fill out a registration card.
• You must be a current resident of Harney County to apply.
