Fred G. Hall managed the R.W. Heck photo studio in Burns, Oregon from 1932-33 and
compiled portraits of many of Harney County's earliest pioneers who arrived in the area prior to 1890. 
He compiled this "Harney County Pioneer Album" featuring a combination of both historic and contemporary portraits interspersed with scenes from the local area.
